SITA is a global IT and communications company serving the air transport industry and working with more than 2,500 customers across aviation, transportation, and government sectors. Responsibilities: Develop commercial strategies for complex deals and projects during the pre-sales stage Lead pricing, financial modelling, and profitability analysis Assess commercial, financial, and contractual risks Support and participate in customer negotiations Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Technical, and Delivery teams Advise internal stakeholders on commercial strategy and deal structures Contribute to business cases and commercial proposals Requirements: 5+ years of experience in commercial management, pricing, financial modelling, deal structuring, bid support, commercial finance, or a related area Strong experience with pricing strategy, financial analysis, and profitability assessment Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements Strong communication and leadership skills University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related field Russian language skills German language skills and experience in aviation, travel technology, telecommunications, consulting, or technology companies would be an advantage Conditions: Hybrid working model with up to 2 days per week working from home Flexible working hours Possibility to work from another country or location for up to 30 days per year Professional learning and development opportunities Access to LinkedIn Learning, Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative, and other training platforms Employee assistance and wellbeing programmes
