Ralph Lauren is seeking a hands-on Corporate FP&A professional to transform planning, reporting, and decision-support processes through AI and automation. The role will identify high-value opportunities and build practical solutions while maintaining Finance accuracy, controls, and governance.
The successful candidate will combine strong FP&A expertise with demonstrated experience applying AI or automation to real business use cases, such as scenario-modeling agents, executive deck creation and updates, allocations, forecasting, and recurring reporting.
This role will also support enterprise forecasting, planning, executive reporting, and strategic analysis, ensuring that process transformation ultimately enables stronger and faster decision-making.

**Process Transformation**
* Assess Corporate FP&A workflows to identify manual activities, inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for simplification, standardization, or automation.
* Prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and scalability.
* Redesign end-to-end processes, define ownership and controls, and measure benefits including time savings, accuracy, and faster turnaround.
**AI and Automation Solutions**
* Design, prototype, test, and implement practical AI-enabled solutions for Finance.
* Develop use cases such as scenario-modeling agents, automated deck creation and updates, allocations, management reporting, variance commentary, and data consolidation.
* Partner with Finance, Technology, and Data teams to define requirements and convert successful prototypes into secure, sustainable solutions.
* Apply appropriate validation, documentation, human review, and governance to AI-generated outputs.
**Financial Planning and Analysis**
* Support forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, consolidated reporting, variance analysis, and strategic decision support.
* Develop and enhance dynamic forecasting, scenario, and sensitivity models aligned with business priorities and market developments.
* Improve the connection between source data, financial models, reporting outputs, and executive presentations.
* Ensure automated processes maintain financial accuracy, traceability, and consistency with approved methodologies.
**Executive Reporting and Insights**
* Support clear, compelling presentations for senior executives and the Board of Directors.
* Use AI and automation to improve the speed, accuracy, and consistency of deck-building and recurring updates.
* Translate complex financial information into concise, actionable insights and develop reusable reporting templates and standards.

* 6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, Finance transformation, process optimization, or a related role, preferably within retail or consumer products.
* Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, supported by a solid understanding of Finance and accounting concepts.
* Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and implementing AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions for real business use cases, ideally within Finance.
* Proven ability to take a use case from problem definition and process redesign through prototyping, testing, implementation, and user adoption.
* Experience with scenario-modeling agents, automated reporting or commentary, deck creation and updates, allocation processes, or workflow automation.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or comparable AI and agent-building platforms is strongly preferred.
* Strong proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel.
* Advanced PowerPoint and financial storytelling capabilities, with demonstrated experience creating clear and persuasive executive-level presentations.
* Experience with Hyperion Essbase and SAP is a plus.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and work well cross-functionally in a team environment.
* Detail-oriented, accurate and highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong understanding of the luxury retail market and its unique dynamics is a plus.
