THE ROLE
As an Account Executive at fonio, you're a closer through and through. You get warm, pre-qualified leads every day and know exactly what to do with them. And when the pipeline runs thin, you don't wait around: you go out and hunt down deals yourself.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Inbound demos: 8–16 qualified demo meetings per day
- Quota ownership: Clear monthly and quarterly quota targets
- Lead management: Structured follow-ups and clean pipeline hygiene in the CRM
- Impact: Help optimize our sales motion at a fast-growing startup
WHAT YOU BRING
MUST-HAVES
- At least 1 year of experience in transactional sales
- A proven closing track record within a clear sales funnel
- High self-discipline, a strong sense of ownership, and a real drive to prove yourself
- Strong communication skills and a natural storyteller
- Native-level German and very good English
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
