**Business Analyst / Snr Business Analyst** **to £75k (on experience)** **Remote/UK based** Are you a Technical Business Analyst with experience in the London insurance market, looking for your next exciting remote-based BA opportunity? Working at the heart of a collaborative product team, you'll bridge the gap between customers and developers, translating business needs into technical solutions while helping shape and deliver an evolving product roadmap. With exposure to leading global insurers and brokers, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a growing, technology-driven business, with remote working and flexibility. **Responsibilities** * Product build and delivery working to approved roadmap * Leading detailed requirements gathering * Writing clear technical user stories * Investigating and performing root cause analysis * Delivering sprint content, assisting with spec documents and testing programmes * Stakeholder management - building relationships working to identify needs and evaluating business solutions **Requirements** * 2+ years experience within Technical Business Analyst position * London Market experience - essential * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * JIRA, Confluence, ACORD standards - desirable * Ideal if any experience of electronic placing process e.g. PPL, Whitespace, Placing Hub, Broking Placing etc **Benefits** * Competitive salary - to £75k on experience * 28 days holiday * Private Health Insurance * Dental and Optical cover * Enhanced pension scheme * Life assurance
