Job Summary:The role of the Facility OEM Manager is to manage and grow the site OEM programCore Duties• Monitor and manage facility KPI’s • Coordinate and provide daily logistics updates to the customer • Work with People and Culture to strategically recruit for expansion of current application facility • Identify opportunities for improvement • Mentor and provide for job welfare of all subordinate employees; this encompasses management, hiring, developing, and holding employees accountable.
