**Responsibilities**
* Strategy Development:
* Work collaboratively with leadership to define sales objectives and align them with overall business goals.
* Develop a comprehensive strategy for establishing effective and scalable sales processes.
* Workflow Design:
* Create clear and structured workflows that guide the entire sales journey, from lead generation to deal closure.
* Tailor processes to accommodate the unique aspects of website design and marketing services.
* Technology Selection and Implementation:
* Identify and implement the necessary sales tools and technologies to support the newly established processes.
* Ensure seamless integration with existing systems for optimal data flow and reporting.
* Training and Onboarding:
* Develop detailed training materials and resources for the sales team, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
* Provide hands-on training to ensure all team members understand and can execute the established sales processes.
* Key Performance Metrics:
* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the newly created sales processes.
* Establish reporting mechanisms to track and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
* Proven Expertise:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating and implementing sales processes, preferably within the website design or digital marketing industry.
* Strategic Vision:
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to design sales processes aligned with business objectives.
* Communication Proficiency:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
* Collaborative Approach:
* Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create processes that support the entire organization.
* Technological Acumen:
* Familiarity with relevant sales tools and technologies, with the ability to make informed decisions on their selection and implementation.
* Adaptability:
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
