**Role Description** The Regional Executive Director is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role is responsible for leading regional strategy, overseeing program implementation, and ensuring alignment with ne’ma’s mission of promoting sustainable and mindful practices. Day-to-day tasks include setting regional goals, managing key partnerships, supervising staff and volunteers, and coordinating campaigns and initiatives across multiple stakeholders. The Regional Executive Director will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, prepare reports, and present updates to leadership and partners. This role also involves representing ne’ma at regional events, engaging with community and government stakeholders, and fostering a collaborative culture that supports impact and growth.
**Qualifications**
* Experience in strategic leadership and regional program management, including setting goals, tracking outcomes, and overseeing multiple initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building abilities, particularly with community organizations, government entities, and private sector partners.
* Proven skills in team leadership, including coaching, performance management, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
