**Job Description**
Reporting to: Senior Project Manager / Project Director
**Responsibilities**
* Manage scopes of ACMV/HVAC and ensure adherence to contract obligations related to company scope.
* Oversee project cost management and ensure timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce.
* Ensure compliance with engineering practices and safety implementations in project management.
* Plan and implement project schedules, procurement processes, cost management, and contractual fulfilment.
* Lead and coordinate with team engineers and coordinators to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
* Supervise testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
* Implement and govern the safety management system on site.
**Requirements**
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
* Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
* Experience in BIM and Data Center is preferred. Candidates willing to learn and achieve BIM skills/qualifications will be supported.
