As an Operations Manager, you’ll provide full support for the team’s operational processes. This is a hands-on role: you organize, negotiate, unblock and deliver.
If you have a production background, this role is for you. You already know how to run processes, manage vendors, keep budgets under control and meet tight deadlines.
**What You Will Do**
* Own the team’s day-to-day operations: requests, scheduling, logistics, tools and access.
* Find and manage vendors, contractors and freelancers, and negotiate terms.
* Support the logistics of occasional events and shoots.
* Turn chaos into simple, repeatable processes.

* Great communicator and negotiator who can find common ground with anyone.
* Experience in operations, production, events, or project management.
* English at B2 or higher.
