Job Ref ID: JR0088282 YOUR MISSION Be the high-trust partner to Poland’s GM, owning the operating system that turns strategy into execution: cadences, reporting and decision-making rigor. Over the next 12–18 months, you’ll lead the cross-functional projects that don’t fit anywhere else, with a focus on tax, finance and compliance, while connecting Poland with the rest of Glovo. THE JOURNEY Owns standards, continuous improvement and execution of operating system: cadences, reporting, decision logs, escalation paths. Owns end-to-end delivery of cross-functional special projects assigned by the GM, with full latitude on approach and stakeholder management Acts as GM's delegate on prep, follow-up, and execution oversight for the leadership team Authority is borrowed from the GM and only as durable as the trust earned; gets things done through influence, not formal authority
